What's in the pack

One A4 PDF, 19 pages, five sheets.

• Sheet 1 — 50 essential guitar chords. Every natural root as a major, minor and dominant 7th, the major 7ths and minor 7ths, the five sharp-root majors and minors a capo cannot avoid, and five suspended shapes. Each diagram is named, and labelled open position or barre with its fret.
• Sheet 2 — piano chords by key. All seven diatonic triads and all seven diatonic seventh chords for each of the 12 major keys — 168 chords in total, one page per key, with the triads drawn on a keyboard and every chord spelled to match that key's signature rather than reduced to sharps.
• Sheet 3 — ukulele starter chart, 20 shapes. The chords a new player needs first, in reentrant gCEA tuning, each one named.
• Sheet 4 — circle of fifths and every key signature. The wheel with each key's relative minor and accidental count, then all 15 signatures drawn on a treble stave with the letters they contain — including the three enharmonic pairs — and the two rules for reading one at sight.
• Sheet 5 — a 7-day practice planner. A printable week with columns for chords, scale, tempo, minutes and what went wrong, plus a note on how to use the tempo column so a session leaves evidence rather than an impression.
